  • In-depth, comprehensive data-gathering and goal-setting meetings to ensure complete understanding of each Client’s specific needs & goals
  • Strategy Session involving all members of Firm during the Plan Design phase to ensure the most comprehensive and optimal solutions are determined
  • Minimum of 2 scheduled meetings per year to evaluate & monitor progress, and to make adjustments if necessary
  • Summary Letter provided after each formal meeting to emphasize our plan of action
  • Act as coach to help hold our client’s accountable to adhere to strategies laid out in action plan. Advice can be occasional, but accountability is ongoing
  • Provide on-going investment guidance in order to prevent “making the big mistake”, i.e. trying to time the market via speculation during good times or panicking out of the market during down times
  • Take on limited number of Planning Clients to ensure each Client is receiving world-class service
  • Transparency in our process, as well as our fee structure
  • Ultimately, we offer clarity, confidence, and focus – all of which can help provide for a greater peace of mind for the Clients we are privileged to serve
